Q1.Tell us a little about yourself and the season of life you are in right now.

I’m an American living in Romania with my wife, Magda, and our four children. I’m the CEO of FaithVenture Media, where we help Evangelical Churches become easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to connect with. I also serve as the president of Potter’s House Ministries Romania. This is a season of building, serving, and learning how to steward several important assignments at once: my family, my business, ministry, and the relationships God has placed around me.

Q2.How has your faith shaped the person you are becoming?

My faith has taught me that success is not ultimately measured by visibility, revenue, or recognition. It is measured by faithfulness. I’m still becoming the person God wants me to be, but my faith continues to shape my priorities, my decisions, my leadership, and my understanding of responsibility.

Q3.What are you currently doing, serving, learning, creating, or pursuing?

I’m currently building several connected initiatives: -FaithVenture Media, which serves Evangelical Churches through practical marketing and outreach systems. -Ministry Feed, a community platform designed to help Christians, Churches, ministries, missionaries, and ministry leaders connect more meaningfully. -Potter’s House Ministries Romania, through which we serve children, families, and local communities. -Baptist Association Leaders, an initiative focused on encouraging and equipping associational leaders. I’m also creating podcasts, writing, studying Church growth and leadership, and trying to build systems that help people serve more effectively without becoming overwhelmed.

Q4.What is something meaningful happening in your life right now?

One meaningful thing is watching my family grow while also seeing several long-term ideas begin to take shape. Some of the things I am working on have been in my heart for years, and they are now becoming real projects with real people involved. It is meaningful, and humbling, to see how God can connect business, ministry, relationships, and technology in ways I could not have fully planned myself.

Q5.What has God been teaching you recently?

God has been teaching me that faithfulness often looks quieter than I expect. Not every important assignment produces immediate visible results. He has also been reminding me that I do not have to carry every responsibility alone. I need to trust Him, involve the right people, simplify what I am building, and remain faithful to the people already in front of me, not just focus on the people I hope to reach someday.

Q6.How can the Ministry Feed community pray for or encourage you?

Please pray for wisdom, endurance, and faithfulness as I lead my family, serve in ministry, and build these initiatives. Pray that the work would genuinely help Churches and ministries reach people with the Gospel rather than simply create more activity. You can also encourage me by sharing what God is doing in your life, telling me how Ministry Feed could better serve you, or praying for the Churches and communities we hope to reach.

Q7.What would you like other members to know about you?

I care deeply about people, the local Church, and the Great Commission. I enjoy thinking about ideas, systems, and possibilities, but I never want the systems to become more important than the people they are meant to serve. I’m still learning, still building, and still growing. I don’t have everything figured out, but I want my life and work to point people toward Christ and help others take their next faithful step.
